Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All “ready to ship” orders are processed within two business days.
Please see the banner on the homepage to see when custom orders will be processed.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All custom orders will include the shipping cost in the listing price unless otherwise discussed.
**If there is a specific date you need your order by, please message me BEFORE placing your order so that I can let you know if it is possible. This may change the cost, in which case I will create a custom listing for you to purchase.
***Disclaimer - I can not control shipment times, but I will do everything I can to provide you an accurate timeline based on the carriers information and tracking information.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You should receive an email notification letting you know that your order has shipped. That email should also include tracking information. If you do not receive an email or would like an update at any time, please email me with your order number and I will respond within two business days.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Visions By Velasco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Visions By Velasco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier AND me [visionsbyvelasco@gmail.com] directly to file a claim. Please save ALL packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Visions By Velasco currently ships to the United States. If you live elsewhere and would like for me to run a shipping estimate, please email me at Visionsbyvelasco@gmail.com with your address and what you are wanting to purchase.
Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of each piece made, Visions By Velasco does not accept returns or offer refunds. I do, however, strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please email me immediately to let me know what the problem is and we will work together to resolve the issue.
