I am a certified Computer Aided Drafting and Design Operator. I have over 6 years of experience drafting Architectural floor plans and engineer plans(roof framing and shear wall design). 

I am currently offering 2D Architectural Drawings for single family homes. I will draft 2D floor plans from sketches or make changes to your existing plans. 

These plans include floorplan with dimensions, front/side/rear elevations, electrical layout, roof plan, and brochure for flooring layout.

Making structural changes to your home/lot?

I will draft your site plan based on your up to date survey and add the structural changes.

These plans are often required for permits when adding on to your existing home.
